Riken
boundless ambition combined with customer instant gratification
has prompted the company to expand and modernize our
facilities resulting in the escalation of the production
volumes over the years as follows: |
| 1992 |
Construction
of RIKEN (THAILAND) second phase, production capacity
increased to 24,000 tons |
| 1993 |
4th
anniversary of the manufacturing business, Production
capacity increased by 2,400 tons |
| 1996 |
7th
anniversary of company establishment, ISO 9002
accreditation successfully achieved in November,this
success indicates company’s strong commitment
to improve its quality and efficiency |
| 1997 |
A
new line of Rigid PVC Compound production completely
installed production capacity increased by
2,400 tons to a total of 28,800 tons |
| 1998 |
New
machine for Medical Line installed, total capacity
risen to 31,200 tons/year consisted of 12,000
tons of
Medical PVC Compound, 16,800 tons of Cable Compound
and 2,400 tons of Rigid PVC Compound |
| 1999 |
10th
anniversary of company establishment in July and
installing one more machine which madeMedical
PVC Compound production raised to 14,400 tons/year
totaling annual capacity of 33,600 tons |
| 2000 |
Additional
new area almost 4 acres about 1.7 km far from
RIKEN purchased in support of future business
expansion |
| 2001 |
Engineering
Plastic initiated and a project to expand another
line of General PVC Compound production, both
lines are expected to boost capacity by 9,600
tons/year, as a consequence total production capacity
anticipated at 43,200 tons/year |
