The company received the certification following auditing and evaluation by the European accreditation body, Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) in 2002

Riken (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Manufactures Polyvinyl chloride compound (PVC) for various kinds of products such as electrical cords for electrical appliances, office supplies, cars, parts of medical devices, etc. Riken Thailand Co.,Ltd. Is committed to manufacture and distribute quality and high reliability products that meet customer requirements and comply to legal requirements.Riken Thailand Co.,Ltd. is also committed to community and environmental responsibilities through process and product controls relating to quality and environmental impacts.

Riken Thailand Co.,Ltd. is intended to continually improve the quality of products and environment as well as performance effectiveness for it’s sustainable growth.

To achieve the policy, Riken Thailand Co.,Ltd. has taken the following actions.

1. Establishment of the quality management system and the environmental management system based on ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004

2. Compliance to Thailand environmental laws, Bangkadee Industrial Park requirements, and environmental requirements required by customer.

3. Establishment of quality and environmental objectives and encouragement of people involvement.

4. Enhancement of customer satisfaction.

5. Control of and mitigation of environmental impacts arising from waste, emission, dust and wastewater to a satisfactory level to community.

6. Full utilization of resources especially, natural resources for production process by increasing the efficiency of exploitation of raw materials, electricity and chemical substances.

7. Continually review and improvement of quality and environmental management systems.
